The OP-RSC-DESK is a purpose-built desktop bracket that holds the Avigilon Embedded USB Smart Reader (OP-R2X-EMBD) at a comfortable scanning angle. It is designed for environments where the reader is used as an enrollment device — connected via USB to a workstation to register or onboard new cards and fobs in the Avigilon Alta access control platform. By keeping the reader stable and accessible on a desk, the bracket helps administrators move quickly through credentialing workflows. The bracket is sold separately and is paired with a compatible OP-R2X-EMBD reader. ESS can help configure desktop enrollment workstations as part of access control deployments.
